V8 Supercars / New “Clipsal 500” Partnership for ACS

ACS is proud to announce an exciting new partnership with the Nissan Motorsport Team and the sponsoring of the Norton Hornets V8 Supercars for the Clipsal 500. With new race format, new manufacturers and plenty of action on and off the track, the first event of the V8 Supercars will be historical for ACS and all motorsport enthusiasts.

The 2014 Clipsal 500 will be the first race to integrate the new race format for the V8 Supercars: two 125km races on Saturday and a 250km decider on Sunday.

“The Nissan Motorsport Team is a relatively young team (launched in February 2013), but with 4 Nissan Altima on the grid, it’s one of the largest and strongest team of the series”, says Managing Director Brenton Jordan “As an Adelaide-based automotive company, Clipsal 500 has always been one of the biggest event of the year for us, but this year should be bigger than ever before for our partners and staff!”

Xtreme Clutch, the Performance branch of ACS, will be also be present at Clipsal 500 with a trade stand, displaying the latest products and their technical staff on hand to answer any questions from racegoers.

ACS will also host numerous guests from both interstate and overseas over the 4 days with trackside villas and corporate facilities at their disposal while learning more about the company. They will also be given the opportunity to tour and spend time visiting their state of the art warehouse and workshop facility in Wingfield, Adelaide.
