Xtreme drivers at Super Sunday Street Meet
If you're in Adelaide, check out the Super Sunday Street Meet this weekend at Adelaide International Raceway.
The Sunday Meet will include Off-Street Drag racing with several high horsepower cars going down the strip as well as some serious competition cars.
Xtreme drivers Shaun Kerkman and John Skorpos will be there putting down a few passes while putting on a show for the crowd.
John's Chrysler Lancer is powered by a 353ci Chrysler engine running a 5-speed G-Force Gearbox. The Lancer holds the national record for 1000FT with a 6.86 @151MPH with a strong 1320FT time of a 8.22 @169MPH.
Shaun Kerkman's 1985 model Pontiac Firebird will also be out there on Sunday. The Firebird is powered by a 526ci Allan Johnson engine with a high helix 14/71 Supercharger and a 3-speed Lenco Gearbox. The car's run a 1000FT time of 5.5 @191MPH.
